As your institutional expertise grows, we can help you replace us with internal talent with skin in the game.

    The ScrumMaster

A servant-leader, the ScrumMaster helps the team consistently deliver valueable software by faciliting team cohesion and eliminating impediments that might otherwise hinder the team.

    The Coach

The Coach operates as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across organizational levels. Every organization is unique; it's the coach's job to understand the people, culture, and goals of an organization and provide council where appropriate.

    The Transformer

Larger organizations often struggle adopting agile because of the institutional momentum with tooling, organization and culture. The transformer drives top-down changes that empower individual portfolios of Agile Project Teams to deliver on their mission.

    What about the Product Owner?

The Product Owner is one of the most crucial roles to your success with Agile projects. We can provide guidance and coaching to increase effectiveness, but the Product Owner role should not be filled by an external party, even for a short period of time.
